Located on one of Wilmslow’s most prestigious roads, this stunning and bespoke development (designed by Calderpeel Architects and built by Henderson Homes) is not only bespoke but truly glamourous. Standing proudly in an extensive plot, this 6500 sq. ft residence is a truly magnificent family home. It is not hard to see why it was shortlisted for two awards, Best Residential Build and Best Interior Design Project, at the Northern Design Awards.
Incorporating distinguished elements of neighbouring properties and building in brick rather than render, the design was then made even more exclusive with the addition of six different Reynaer and Schueco systems installed by the award-winning, Cheshire based company, Altitude Aluminium. Working closely with Henderson Homes, Altitude Aluminium was able to incorporate premium insulated, energy-efficient, aluminium windows and doors into the property. In turn, this enhanced the accessibility, security and the modern and innovative design statement by flooding each room with natural daylight. Combined with the opportunity to specify different colours and finishes, the versatile aluminium systems complemented the property reflected in its aesthetical appearance.
